100% Pinot Noir from Ken Cancilla’s organically farmed vineyard in Cherry Grove, Oregon.  Pinot clusters are squeezed ever so gently so that the resulting juice doesn’t pick up any color from the skins.  As with all Swick Wines, the process is very simple and hands off. Pure, clear Pinot Noir juice was fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months and bottled directly from barrel.

Aromas of fresh strawberries, cream and brioche lead to a very rich palate with hints of citrus and vanilla bean. This wine is very versatile, but in our opinion is best with your “apero” course before your meal.  Serve with fresh cheeses and charcuterie.
